Hello! My name is Alex Heng Hao Zhang, a former student from the Columbia-Sciences Po Dual BA Program. My immense love for both Chinese and French cultures yet disappointment in the lack of exchanges between their youths are the reasons for which I founded AAJFC. As the founder of AAJFC, I aspire to construct bridges of mutual understanding and friendships through academic, cultural and intellectual exchanges among young people from China and France, as well as different corners of our common planet.

Hi everyone ! My name is Apolline and I am currently enrolled in the Master of International Governance and Diplomacy at Sciences Po Paris. I am half-French half-Chinese, and I really hope to make use of my dual culture as a bridge between France and China to foster mutual understanding and respect. I indeed developed a real interest in sino-french cooperation during my exchange year at Peking University. Looking forward to contributing to cultural exchanges !

Hi everyone, I’m a Swiss student doing my Master’s in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po. I joined AAJFC to keep improving my Mandarin, while also helping others practice French, English, or German. Looking forward to an exciting year of events, buckle up!

​Hi everyone! 大家好! I'm Claudia, and I have just joined the Master's program in Cultural Policy and Management at Sciences Po Paris. Although I was born and raised in France, I have been passionate about East Asian cultures (especially China!), and languages since childhood. With experience in cultural organizations and intercultural events, I would like to get involved in cultural diplomacy in East Asia and contribute to cultural exchanges between France and this region. I am looking forward to starting this adventure with AAJFC, learning more about Chinese culture and meeting wonderful new people from different backgrounds!

Bonjour! I am Jiajun Li. I am currently a M1 student in International Energy Transitions at PSIA of Sciences Po. I did my undergrad in French studies at the Beijing Foreign Studies University in Beijing, China. Language for me is a gateway to the wider world and a means of connecting people and cultures. So I am super happy to be part of AAJFC this year and I am looking forward to embarking on this exciting adventure with all of the AAJFC family!

Hey! I’m Josué though most people call me Joshua. I’m 100% born-and-raised Parisian, having always lived and studied there. I  joined Sciences Po Law School in September 2024 and I'm graduating next Spring. I’ve been involved in a student think tank aiming to strengthen Europe-China’s relationship in the past and I see AAJFC as the perfect opportunity to continue promoting people-to-people exchanges between French and Chinese students.
